Welcome Back!

A New Season at Lucille’s Mountain Top Inn & Spa

We are so happy to announce that our projected reopening will be May 13, 2020 – but please keep in mind that this may be adjusted as pandemic concerns dictate. We can’t wait to see you back here at Lucille’s for a spring and summer full of fun and relaxation. With that being said, we are making some important changes to how we do things to assure safety for both our staff and you, our guests.  We want to make sure you feel at ease during your stay with us and that you can have as much of the full Lucille’s experience as we can safely provide. Read on for COVID-19 updates as well as spa news and gift certificate ideas.

What’s Happening at Lucille’s?

So much has changed over the past few months, but the beauty and charm of our mountain top inn remains. We can’t wait to see you back for another luxurious Georgia mountain getaway. Here are some of the changes you can expect to see on your next visit:

  • 48-hour “quarantine time” for rooms between guests (which means only 1/2 of our rooms will be available)
  • New limited-contact check-in & check-out procedures (We will have an information packet available for you upon arrival that will include all the details you’ll want to be aware of during your stay.)
  • Breakfast will be delivered to your room or you can pick it up at front desk (no table service)
  • All rooms will have self-serve hot beverage machines (no public area beverage service)
  • Masked staff, and an expectation that guests will wear masks in the public areas of the Inn (we will even supply them!)
  • We’re working with some local delivery folks and restaurants to arrange lunch and dinner deliveries to the Inn.
  • No in-room housekeeping services available during guest stays (no room refreshes, but of course if you need anything, just ask!)
  • We will have guests sign a COVID-19 release of liability prior to check-in. Preview it here.

We have truly missed seeing and caring for our guests, and we cannot wait to get back into the swing of things with these modifications. Please let us know if you have any concerns or questions that we can address before or during your stay.

Our Spa Is Ready For You

We are pleased to announce that our spa will be reopening with the Inn. We know it’s been a long few months full of stress and uncertainty, and you’ve probably been missing some of the indulgences that make life wonderful. We can’t wait to provide you with the very best treatments you’ve come to expect from a visit to our spa. In order to remain compliant with the new guidelines, we are required to test the temperature of anyone seeking spa services and refuse treatment to anyone who appears to be sick. Our therapists will wear masks and maintain a safe and clean environment for all of our guests.

Gift Certificates Make the Best Presents

Now is an excellent time to purchase gift certificates for future travel. You’re sure to be mom or dad’s favorite with a gift certificate to Lucille’s for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day. Better yet, purchase a gift certificate to thank your favorite frontline worker. We all know how hard they are working right now, and there’s nothing like the gift of rest and relaxation to honor that work. Add a little extra to the gift certificate so that your loved-one can enjoy an artisanal cheese and fruit plate or a bottle of champagne during their stay.

What Others Are Saying…

“Truly a 5-star place! Every care attended for at every turn. Spencer made sure things were perfect for our anniversary! We have stayed here many times, but Lucille’s Mountain Top family made this trip outstanding. The rooms have been updated and the spa is incredible! We stayed in The Mountain Suite this time, what an amazing room. Just wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The desserts were flavorful and each day we were amazed by the different creations. Thanks again for sharing this incredible 1st class home away from home with us!”
