Social Distancing Guest Policies
We will:
- Do everything possible to fulfill our mission: “To invite our guests to experience the restoration of a peaceful and relaxing retreat”
- Do everything possible to protect the health and well-being of guests and staff
- Face masks on employees, gloves as needed
- Encourage guests to use face masks (provided, if you don’t have your own) when in common areas
- Safely serve a delicious 2 course breakfast and evening desserts in a sanitary but environmentally responsible way
- When Front Desk is staffed, monitor and clean a limited number of properly spaced tables in the Dining Room, Common Areas, and on the Deck
- Provide individual hot and cold beverage self-service in each guest room
- Provide information regarding local vendors for meal deliveries (lunch and dinner) along with our usual concierge services
- Maintain proper social distance with all guests and staff whenever possible
- Provide very limited in-room maintenance services during a guest stay
- Upon request, provide limited cleaning supplies (as available) to guests
- Reduce and/or remove decorative items in guest rooms and common areas to facilitate sanitizing efforts
- Meet or exceed StaySafe cleaning and sanitizing standards
We can NOT:
- Provide in-room housekeeping services during a guest stay (additional supplies available as requested)
- Allow employees to come to work if they are sick and/or have had direct contact with those who are. This may limit the availability of Inn and/or Spa services
- Stay open if we cannot safely do so
- Allow guest room or Spa services to anyone who appears to be sick
- Current Georgia State regulations REQUIRE us to take guest temperature prior to allowing services at the Spa
We CANNOT Guarantee a totally CoronaVirus-free environment – everyone who comes on-site does so at their own risk.
