Please note, Lucille’s is an adults-only haven (no guests under 14 years old – refer to our Policies page for more details) to ensure a tranquil and rejuvenating ambiance. Also, please be aware that our upper floors are accessible via compliant stairs. There is no elevator; however our dedicated inn staff is more than happy to help you with your luggage upon arrival.

For the pinnacle of comfort and luxury, indulge in our Mountain View Rooms situated at the rear of the inn. Revel in sweeping vistas of the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains, and relish amenities such as king-size beds, indulgent whirlpool tubs, enchanting see-through fireplaces, and with dual-headed walk-in showers.

Our Valley View Rooms, located on the front side of the property, offer breathtaking vistas of the picturesque Sautee and Nacoochee Valleys. Each room boasts regal king-size beds, elegant spacious bathrooms, invigorating walk-in showers with dual shower heads, and cozy seating areas to unwind in style.

Step into opulence with our Main Level Rooms, featuring expansive floor plans, lofty ceilings, and expansive windows that frame views of the serene gazebo garden and tranquil koi pond. Both rooms are thoughtfully designed for accessibility. Room One presents a luxurious king bed, while Room Two indulges guests with a queen bed and charming French doors leading to the inn’s wrap around back porch.

Rates

Lucille’s nightly room rates include a full breakfast for two, evening dessert, free Wi-Fi, and all amenities. Periodic Specials and Packages can be found on our Packages and Last Minute Specials page.

Room rates vary and are based on:

Individual Room (some have more expansive views than others; some are larger, some are smaller; some have tubs and fireplaces, others don’t)
Day of the Week (Sundays through Thursdays are slightly less)
Season of the Year (Fall is peak season; Winter is low season)
Holidays are slightly higher
Supply and demand – room rates automatically adjust for periods of high and low occupancy

Weekends, high impact periods, and some holidays require a Two-Night Minimum Stay. For the current rate on a specific room for a specific night please check availability.

ADA Property Features

Parking:

Separate marked-off parking for one car on the driveway at the front entrance of the Inn. Level surface with no stairs or other barriers.

Exterior Routes:

Main entrance (front door) has no barriers to entry. Exit onto back deck has a 1.5” threshold; roll-over ramp is available on request.

Entrance:

Single 36” wide door at main entrance, no barriers, no automatic closer. Registration counter is 42” high, unable to lower. However, staff can come into the lobby with portable computer equipment if required.

Interior Routes:

Rooms 1 and 2 and common areas (living room and dining room) are all on the main level with no barriers. Upper floors are accessible via compliant stairs. No elevator is available.

Public Restrooms:

Single common-area restroom is not accessible.

ADA Signage:

Common area signs do not include braille.

Food Service Areas:

All tables are accessible.

Perfectly appointed, this is the only room in the Inn that has direct access to our back porch with rocking chairs and spectacular mountain views – but please note, this deck is available to all Inn guests. Large ground floor room with comfortable sitting area overlooking the Koi Pond and Gazebo. Only Queen Bed in the Inn. Handicapped-accessible. Skylight over shower. Wet bar with mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Tile bathroom has a double vanity, bubble massage tub and separate shower with rain-can shower head. THE TREETOP SUITE

Experience Lucille’s in a whole new way! The Suite is just that – a full-size one bedroom with separate living and dining rooms, a private “in the trees” deck with seasonal mountain views, and a fully equipped kitchen. And of course, the usual amenities one would expect from Lucille’s – high-end furniture and finishes, free wi-fi and satellite TV, luxurious linens, spa-like bathroom, and full access to all of the other goodies Lucille’s has to offer, like our gourmet breakfasts and scrumptious desserts. This unit is designed for travelers who want a bit more privacy and seclusion, since it’s located on the far end of our spa building – but still a very short walk over to the main inn building.
