North Georgia’s Mark Of The Potter Gallery
An old grist mill on the side of the Soque River in Clarkesville, Georgia, is home to Mark of the Potter, a studio and gallery that has been operating since 1969. What started as a retirement project is now on its 47th year of business. It’s a beautiful drive from here to the studio, which is located on scenic 197 “Moonshine” Highway about midway between Lucille’s Mountain Inn & Spa and Clarkesville.
