We can imagine your excitement, and at Lucille’s Mountaintop Inn & Spa we are very excited to have the opportunity to host your event.
Lucille’s offers a one-of-a-kind, breathtaking setting for your bridesmaid’s luncheon, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception. Our wedding venues vary from the lush, green lawn accommodating up to 125 guests, to our intimate Sitting Room, to our gorgeous deck just off of the Inn’s main Dining Room. All provide an ideal setting for small events and each offers 180-degree, majestic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The Inn’s full service Spa is conveniently connected to the Inn by a covered breezeway and is perfect for chasing away wedding day stress. There is no better way to relax on your wedding day than having a Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage or a soothing Hands and Feet treatment.
We have created this information package to help you obtain a brief introduction to our Inn, facilities and event offerings. Our Inn has so much to offer that its makes it difficult to include all our services and amenities. We will be glad to answer any questions or provide any additional information needed.

Lucille's was the perfect spot for our daughter's wedding. I don't think she could've chosen a better place. It can be a real challenge providing facilities & services for the wedding itself, let alone having the entire place filled with the wedding party, and the attention given to all of the guests went well beyond what was expected. Early morning coffee on the deck watching the sunrise was outstanding! Their attention to detail, and desire to provide the perfect surroundings was very much recognized and appreciated!

Venues
We host events year round including those looking for snow-capped mountains. The theme of a white wedding is always a popular request, along with Bridesmaid’s luncheons, rehearsal dinners and receptions. Each of our venues is unique and special to give your event a sophisticated look and feel.
The Lawn (125 guests) – The lush green lawn is located just off the Inn’s back deck and provides a beautiful backdrop of the scenic mountain range.
Deck (35 Guests) – This large deck located off the second floor of the Inn overlooks the expansive mountain range
Sitting Room / Dining Room (24 Guests) – For an intimate event we have the Parlor and Dining Room. Both have French doors, floor-to-ceiling windows and dark, rich wood that help create special intimate moments.
Lucille’s Social Room (35 Guests) – The social room is located adjacent to the Inn in the Spa building and is the perfect site for a wedding shower. This room is also ideal for a Bridal Dressing Suite, as it has a private bathroom, lots of room for the bridal party to get ready and is close to the inn, but tucked away from the bustle of wedding day preparations. |

Custom Wedding Options
Contact us to discuss Lucille’s venue rental options and pricing for a custom wedding experience. We’ll be glad to give you guidance on how to create a one-of-a-kind wedding in a spectacular location. Venue rental rates start at $3,000 for Sunday-Thursday wedding events and $5,500 for Friday or Saturday.

Wedding Package Notes:
No changes or additions are allowed at this pricing. If you would prefer to customize your wedding please feel free to contact us for venue rental options.
* Friday and Saturday ceremonies for 13 – 24 guests requires the rental of a minimum of 3 Inn guest rooms the evening of the ceremony (in addition to Bride & Groom’s room already included in the package). Friday and Saturday ceremonies for 25 – 40 guests requires rental of all 9 remaining guests rooms at a 10% discount off the season rate, providing you and your guests exclusive use of the facilities. Pricing for renting the other nine (9) guest rooms is not included in the Small Wedding Package price.
** Friday and Saturday ceremonies for 25 – 40 guests can be held during a 4 hour period between 1pm – 10pm.
