We can also assist you in planning and hosting your special event or business retreat. The Inn is located near Helen GA where you will find something for everyone. The following rates at our country bed and breakfast are based on double occupancy and are per room, per night. Rates include a full breakfast in the scenic dining room, homemade evening desserts, and free 24-hour
beverages. Each room accommodates a maximum of two people.

two-night stay is required during Oktoberfest
and Holidays.
- THIS
IS A NON-SMOKING INN. Smoking is not permitted
on the property. Non-compliance will result
in a $100 per night surcharge.
- Sorry,
we are not equipped to accommodate children under
14.
- We
cannot accommodate guest pets. We have two
small dogs who are not allowed in Guest areas.
- Check-in
time is 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out time
on your day of departure is 11:00 AM. A later
check-in is possible only by prior arrangements.
Please understand that this is an owner-operated
business and our days start very early so that
we may personally prepare and serve breakfast
for our guests.
- Our
Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Upon making a
reservation, a 50% deposit (100% in the case of
a one night stay) will be charged to your credit
or charge card to guarantee your reservation.
If you must cancel, your deposit will be refunded,
less a 5% processing fee, if you cancel at least
15 days prior to the starting date of your reservation
(at least 30 days for Oktoberfest season reservations.)
If you do not cancel until fewer than 15
days (or 30 days) before your scheduled arrival,
or if you are a "no show", your deposit
will be forfeited unless the room can be re-rented.
You are responsible for the entire period reserved.
Because of our small size, cancellations
affect us significantly, and we do not over-book,
as large hotels do. You are guaranteed that
a room will be available for you so long as you
arrive on the first day of your reservation.
- Payment
in full is expected at check-in. Accepted
methods of payment are:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
Traveler's checks, and cash.
- We
are wheelchair accessible.
- Gift
certificates are available. The minimum
purchase is $135. They make much appreciated
gifts for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays,
thank-you's, retirement, or any other special
occasion!
