What we need to know:
Please let us know if you have any significant health issues, such as if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, muscle or joint injuries, allergies, or skin sensitivities, using any medications, or have had recent surgery. Some conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment or service.
Cancellation Policy:
When you reserve a time with us, we not only guarantee your appointment, but in so doing may also turn away others who might want your scheduled time. If you cancel without at least a 24-hour notice.
48-hours' notice is required for Saturdays & holiday appointments, as we would still be compensating our staff for their time. All notices less than 24 (or 48 hours), or a no-show will incur a full charge.
Gratuities:
Tipping is based on your discretion. If you decide to leave a gratuity, you only need to tip your main service provider. A portion of the tip will be distributed to any assistants.
Gift Cards:
Offer a gift of ultimate restorative relaxation. A gift card is a great way to express appreciation or affection while still allowing a level of comfort or choice for the recipient. The card can be used for lodging in our Bed & Breakfast and/or for any Spa Services we offer. Bed and Breakfast Guests:
If you are booking a stay at Lucille's Mountain Top Inn and desire a massage or spa treatment we will contact you before you arrive to schedule your spa services. Our spa experts are on a schedule, and usually cannot accommodate late arrivals. If you are having spa services, please plan your travel time accordingly, preferably to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
What to Bring:
Robes and slippers will be provided for services that require them. You may be asked to remove personal items, which will be kept in the treatment room with you. Complimentary refreshments are available.
What to Leave Behind:
Cell phones, children, and worries. Part of the enjoyment of coming here is that you are creating time for yourself.
What is Comfortable:
If at any time during your services you are not completely comfortable, whether it be the pressure of the massage, the draping during your treatment, the volume of the music, the temperature of the room or lighting, please let our staff know. This is your time and we are here to make sure your experience is everything it should be.
