At Lucille’s Mountain Top Inn & Spa, we are pleased to offer several comfortable and contemporary room styles for your relaxation. All 14 rooms have private bathrooms and are beautifully decorated in rich colors with touches like designer accessories, custom soaps, and fresh flowers. You will rest easy on our soft, comfortable sheets made especially for luxury inns and spas.

Don’t forget that Lucille’s is an adult-oriented facility (no children under the age of 14 – see Policies page for details)…that helps us maintain our peaceful and relaxing environment!

Mountain View Rooms are located on the back side of the inn and have panoramic views over the Blue Ridge Mountains, king-size beds, whirlpool tubs, see-through fireplaces, and separate showers with dual shower heads.

Valley View Rooms are on the front side of the inn and have views over the Sautee and Nacoochee Valleys, king-size beds, spacious bathrooms, walk-in showers with dual shower heads, and comfortable seating areas.

Main Level Rooms are the largest floor plans, with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the gazebo garden and koi pond. Both Main Level Rooms are handicap accessible. One Main Level Room has a king bed, and the other has a queen bed and French doors onto the inn’s back porch.

The Garden Suite is on the Terrace level of the main building on the back side of the Inn. It is the largest room in the main building and includes an oversize 2-person shower, a huge soaking tub, and an indoor sitting area.

The Mountain Suite and The Treetop Suite (our largest accommodation) are located just adjacent to the inn in the spa building. The Mountain Suite offers a bedroom with a king-size bed connected to a living room with large flat screen TV, fireplace, wet bar, luxury bathroom with bubble-massage tub and outdoor shower (turned off to prevent freezing pipes from November – mid-April).

The Treetop Suite has separate bedroom with a king bed, living room, dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll find large flat-screen TVs in both the bedroom and the living room, and the bathroom has a luxurious over-size tile shower along with 2 separate vanities.

Please note that room fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (mid-May through September) to prevent rooms and air conditioners from overheating.

Rates

Lucille’s nightly room rates include a full breakfast for two, evening dessert, free Wi-Fi, and all amenities. Periodic Specials and Packages can be found on our Packages and Last Minute Specials page.

Room rates vary and are based on:

Individual Room (some have more expansive views than others; some are larger, some are smaller; some have tubs and fireplaces, others don’t)
Day of the Week (Sundays through Thursdays are slightly less)
Season of the Year (Fall is peak season; Winter is low season)
Holidays are slightly higher
Supply and demand – room rates automatically adjust for periods of high and low occupancy

Weekends, high impact periods, and some holidays require a Two-Night Minimum Stay. For the current rate on a specific room for a specific night please check availability.

ADA Property Features

Parking:

Separate marked-off parking for one car on the driveway at the front entrance of the Inn. Level surface with no stairs or other barriers.

Exterior Routes:

Main entrance (front door) has no barriers to entry. Exit onto back deck has a 1.5” threshold; roll-over ramp is available on request.

Entrance:

Single 36” wide door at main entrance, no barriers, no automatic closer. Registration counter is 42” high, unable to lower. However, staff can come into the lobby with portable computer equipment if required.

Interior Routes:

Rooms 1 and 2 and common areas (living room and dining room) are all on the main level with no barriers. Upper floors are accessible via compliant stairs. No elevator is available.

Public Restrooms:

Single common-area restroom is not accessible.

ADA Signage:

Common area signs do not include braille.

Food Service Areas:

All tables are accessible.
ADA features we do not or are unable to include: Coffee and dessert service.

Perfectly appointed, this is the only room in the Inn that has direct access to our back porch with rocking chairs and spectacular mountain views – but please note, this deck is available to all Inn guests. Large ground floor room with comfortable sitting area overlooking the Koi Pond and Gazebo. Only Queen Bed in the Inn. Handicapped-accessible. Skylight over shower. All rooms include a full gourmet breakfast, evening dessert and complimentary sodas. All rooms are furnished with bathrobes, hair-dryer and cable TV. Free wireless internet throughout the inn.

King bed. Private Screened-in Porch with mountain views. Living Room area with large windows and mountain views, sitting area, small dining table and fireplace (turned off during the summer months to prevent rooms and air conditioners from overheating). Wet bar with mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Tile bathroom has a double vanity, bubble massage tub and separate shower with rain-can shower head. Private, secluded deck off of bathroom with copper-clad outdoor shower. Flat screen TVs in Bedroom and Living Room areas. All rooms and suites include a full gourmet breakfast, evening dessert and complimentary sodas. Each are furnished with bathrobes, hair-dryer and cable TV. Free wireless internet throughout the inn and spa. Please note the Mountain Suite only accommodates 2 guests.

THE TREETOP SUITE

Experience Lucille’s in a whole new way! The Suite is just that – a full-size one bedroom with separate living and dining rooms, a private “in the trees” deck with seasonal mountain views, and a fully equipped kitchen. And of course, the usual amenities one would expect from Lucille’s – high-end furniture and finishes, free wi-fi and satellite TV, luxurious linens, spa-like bathroom, and full access to all of the other goodies Lucille’s has to offer, like our gourmet breakfasts and scrumptious desserts. This unit is designed for travelers who want a bit more privacy and seclusion, since it’s located on the far end of our spa building – but still a very short walk over to the main inn building.

Located in a private setting in the woods, this warm vaulted hideaway will melt away stress that will both delight and captivate you. A Suite experience to never be forgotten, this room was designed for your utmost enjoyment. Our only focus is your comfort. Very tastefully done, every comfort is assured, from complimentary chocolates to plush towels and luxurious robes. The full-size kitchen has all the conveniences of an upscale apartment, and comes stocked with dishes, cookware, and bakeware. An elevated experience of bathing pleasure awaits you with a deep soaking bathtub for sensual soaks, accompanied with heated tile bathroom floors. Enjoy many different shades of green as you step out onto your private porch to take in the fresh air. It seems as if a glass of wine always tastes better when it’s shared on your private patio. The fire table brings you an enhanced experience as well and is perfect for sharing those tender moments with your significant other. What a relaxing way to spend our 5th anniversary! Your staff was so helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to make us feel special. We loved the new Mountain Suite and can’t wait to get back when the weather is cool to use the fireplace. And breakfast was so amazing that I’ve put pictures up on my Facebook page.
