Visiting the wineries of North Georgia is a great adventure anytime, but especially during a Wine Highway Weekend sponsored by the Winegrowers Association of Georgia. March 22-24 is the next Wine Highway Weekend, and Lucille’s Mountain Top Inn & Spa is the perfect home-away-from-home for visiting the many wineries tucked in the mountains and valleys of Northeast Georgia. A Wine Highway Weekend passport is available from any of the participating wineries for only $25 and treats you to tastings at each of the wineries throughout the weekend. In addition to tastings at each winery many of the tasting rooms will be sampling new vintages and opening up their cellars for you to purchase library wines no longer available during the remainder of the year.
